ATM card BLOCKED

1) ATM card new PIN of 4 digits was generated through your customer care service in April. After that ATM was sucessfully operated on 16 April. Yesterday when the ATM was being used for making on-line payment it was rejected as BLOCKED. For the reason that after 10 April only 6 digit PIN is entertained, so advised to get 6 digit PIN generated. I called your customer care service today, but they say 3 attempts have been made, so they will not entertain request for UN-BLOCKING the ATM or generating new 6 digit PIN. Please advice next course of action. I require ATM to be operational today itsef for my online transactions.

2) How to get this same ATM linked with my other savings account maintained with your bank at Jalandhar-Punjab.
