MaxNewyorkLife Putting me in Dark

Hello Sir/Madam, ...I have taken MaxNewYorkLife Life Partner Plus Insurance which is a traditinal plan. The company is not showing me how my money is invested or how much is the present Net Asset Value (NAV). I have written them close to 20 e.mails, but they always reply with answers NOT pertaining to my questions. Only thing they are saying is my Cash Surrender Value which is only 1/3 rd of what I have given them for 3 years.
