ICICI bank cr.card
Non closer of cr.card

In 2007 I closed my cr.card no.by paying their total demand of Rs.53, 000/-, But the ICICI bank says they not closed the account, and continued tp send bills for Intrest plus Penalties, So many times I have explained about the closer of use and payments they demands, to their officers and to their appointed advocates, But no result. Even today they sends their bills By E-mails, calls for the settlement. Why?
