SCAM - Unauthorized credit card charges

This company is falsely offering a free scent sample for only $5.99 shipping through Groupon. What they do is charge you the $5.99, send you a bottle of perfume, then charge you $95. less than a month later they send another scent of their chosing and bill you $49.99. They are calling it a subscription and claim it was signed up for and agreed to with a click of a box. When you try to talk to someone, they will only take an order and cancel your subscription. All other issues are required to be handled by e-mail at support@fondscent.com. I have asked many questions as to how to return a product i did not order and got charged for that I did not authorize. Well several days and many many e-mails later, I am still getting the run around. They just keep saying it is corporate policy. Obviously they deal with complaints every day probably all day since this is an extreme scam. I can not believe Groupon would allow such a situation on their site.
