1. Unauthorised subscription / renewal charges @ Rs. 30 for 30 days are deducted from the prepaid amount under the guise of "sony comedy pack". I have received a message from the Sender: (no name) 543212 stating as follows: "Your sony comedy pack will be renewed in 3 days. To stop sony comedy pack, dial "505252535". On dialling the said number, it is found that there is no option to stop the said so called pack and Re. 1.00 is charged / deducted for the call. In the first place, I have never subscribed for any Packs, including "sony comedy pack" and the question of renewing the the same does not and cannot arise. Such renewal woud be arbitrary, unreasonable and illegal and could lead to serious consequences.

2. Other unauthorised and undesirable service messages are received, eg. messages regarding Shakira Mallika, Namitha & Hot bikini babes, midnight videos, sizzling images etc.

3. Various other unauthorised charges are deducted and unauthorised messages are received.

4. I am a Senior citizen and have retired from service. I am not only mentally disturbed but also robbed of my hard earned money.

Please note that I'll be constrained to take up the matter before the Consumer Court if the Company does not stop and desist from indulging in such fraudulent and unauthorised acts fothwith.
