Improper follow up from bharti axa insurance

Hi,

I have taken a policy from Bharti axa life insurance no. 500-2715828. Where the agent promised me that he will follow up all the time when the payment has to be done. He left the company now there is no one following up for the payment. I have called the regional manager solomen in chennai. When ever i make a call there will some one calling me but nothing will be done. I think so they are only interested in making clients but they don't know how to maintain the relationship with them. They have provided me very bad service. i have changed my address. i have given so many request but no comes to follow up. its been a year now. i think so even if i die. no one will be bothered to provide the amount to nominee.

The service of bharti axa life insurance sucks a big time.

i hope this mail should go to Mr. mittal and he comes to know what is really happening.
