Not releasing my PF

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have worked in Bharti Axa Life Insurance Company as Agency Manager from 21st May to 28th February. I tried twice to transfer my PF twice but the company is not releasing my PF. I left the company without notice period but there were 28 paid leaves in my account an the HR Manager (Mr Ashish Bhatnagar) ensured me during the exit interview that no recovery will be claimed as you have leave balance. But now they are not adjusting my leaves and are asking for Rs 5, 600 or else won't release my PF.

Please help me getting my PF transferred to my current company.
