Problem in pf withdrawal

Dear sir/ madamI was a sales manager with Bharti axa life insurance co ltd and i have worked almost two year with bharti. I have submitted my EXIT DOC and PF DOCUMENT on 17th Aug, and i am making continuously followups with HR management. But everytime i have been told that it will come soon. When i gave the docs to the HR, i was told that i will come within 1 month. Then after one month, I was told that i can take 2 months. It is almost more then 8 months since i left the company. Now, I am really worried about my money. I am not getting proper answers. Can you please help me ingetting my PF?? Rishikant Sinha emp code 6402.
