Problem in pf withdraw

Dear Sir,
I have submitted my PF withdrawal forms to my previous company Bharti Axa Life Insurance Co. Ltd and they have sent it to the EPF, Bandra office. Those documents are received by the office on June 20th. When i talk with concern person always he tell me cheque are send to ur bank.
It is almost one year, but still the amount is not deposited into my account.
My PF number is: MH/48185/796
Please process my withdrawal application as soon as possible.
