PF not recieved

I worked with Bharti Axa in in 2009. After leaving the company I applied for my PF withdrawal in April. But Even after a long follow up still I have not recieved my PF. Whereas I recieved my full and final settlement exactly on time. I don't know why their PF department is harassing me. Kindly help me in getting out of this situation.
