Refund on money

I am holding Bharti AXA Life Insurnace Company Ltd, proposal Receipt No. 229072, dated 28/1, Rs.4, 000-00, against cheque no. 257722, 28/1 of Indian Bank and that too was cleared from my account in month Jan, 08 itself. I feel cheated.

I was promised that the policy documents shall be delivered within 4 working days time along with Credit card of ABN Amro Bank. But nothing has come forward positive. Your agent Licence No. as shown on the receipt is INB/233.
