PF not recd even after 250 days of applying

Dear Sir,

I have worked with Bharti Axa Life Insurance with Emp Code 5063, i've applied my PF in March and even over year i could not get my PF amount even i've been contacting to the PF office, and sending continuously remineders to the concerned person, but no positive response got till date, even though i've been confirmed by the subhash that "We have already been submitted your withdrawal form & We will keep you posted once we get any intimation from the PF Office Bandra."

and after that he confirmed that "Your PF form has been returned to your address by RPFC - Bandra." but reason not confirmed neither i received back any form from PF office.

After that some one Parmod Joshi "" contacted me on 25 Sep 09 from PF office told "I have recently join the team of Subhash, I have received your mail from Subhash right now.

Since there will be holiday of 3days I am unable to trace your case with P.F.department. Hence I request you to provide me

time for one week. I shall go in to the depth of the issue and tell you that where we stand."

This was the last communication given from PF Deptt. after that even after a regular follow up no response received.
