Cheating with custome

I have invested through SIP of 1000 Rs in Birla Sunlife ELSS scheme in June. At that time I was given to understand that I can withdraw the accumulated amount at the end of 36 months. Now I am told that I can withdraw the entire amount only in June! What a nicw way of cheating innocent investors and not giving them clear information about the scheme. I had invested because I wanted the Money in Now I am asked to be patient and wait for 3 years. Please help me get back my money which I need urgently.
