49000 Rs cheated by Birla Sunlife and Citi Bank

Hi,

Birla Sunlife has taken 49000Rs from my credit card as a policy amount and when i said i want to cancel the policy they have sent out a letter saying the your policy got cancelled but the funds available in my policy is nill. They mean to say that 49000Rs what i have paid is been invested and for cancellation charges it is been adjusted.

So now i was been left out with 0Rs returns from the Birls Sunlife policy.

Please Note: No where in the policy document of the executive who met me have said this that i will not be paid anything if i go for cencellation.
