Now after completion of 4 years the value of funds is around Rs. 42500/- . Means less than my real investment. On surrender they will charge penalty also.

I requested to company to surrender the policy and refund money on 31 Dec. I submitted all Original documents and a cancel cheque to pay through ESC into same bank account.

I have not received money back after repeated reminder.
