AGENT LICENCE (LIFE INSURANCE)

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have successfully comleted trainng programme for LIC agent and also qualified the written exam in the month Oct vide URN No. LIC12109100076. However, my license has not been released till date because some time back I got myself registered with Birla Sunlife vide URN No. BSLI3008100097 but I have neither attended training programme nor appeared in written exam for Birla Sunlife. In this context, I approached Birla Sunlife for cancellation of URN issued to me by them but I have got no response.

Keeping in view of above, you are requested to suggest me the options/ modalities so that my license for LIC agent can be released.
