One Mr. Rajendra Singh, Sr. Sales Executive had come to Badlapur in the 3rd week of december for above referred Insurance Policy. I had given him all relevant documents and address proofs. He had been specifically cautioned to send policy by Regd. Post only as courier service is not available being remote from city. The address was again clarified by rural post office via city post office to get the delivery in time. However the said Sr. Executive did not mention adderss given in the Ration card, Electricity bill but mentioned only rural post office omitting House no. Village name etc. as a esult policy was untraceble for a month. It was sent by courier instead of Post office and courier asked for ulternate city address where it was delivered after a month.

When asked for rectification of the said faulty address, the officestaff asked me to fill request form for change and submit in any branch office. I told them that its not a request but a complaint against your concerned employee who has no basic knowledge that address contains flat/house no, .bldg name, village/city name, post, taluka, district etc..Only because of such ignorant Sr.sales Executive the policy bears incorrect address which need to be rectified the said employee by submitting necessary forms. As such they have t send their employee for rectification. When they can come for soliciting policy, why they cant come for rectifying their faults. It is really disgusting experience that a customer is victimised for mistakes/mess created by their own untrained marketing personnel.

I tried to send this grievance on their grievances@birlasunlife.com which was returned with messages "Box full "which shows excess load of grievavces.
