Birla Sun life insurance
Very worst process

I have a policy (001311394) with Birla Sun Life Insurance Company. I have surrendered the policy on 24/12 and there was a signature mismatch, then submitted the signature verification proof on 11/01.

As per the Birla Sun life Insurance Company processing the surrendered policy will be taking 15 working day's to complete but till today it's nearly 1month 5 day's the status they provide to me is in progress.

I have register many complete to the respective department for the completing the process. But till today they inform me that the process is still in progress. They don't even provide the exist date of completion.

Please can anyone suggest me how should take it further.
