Misplace my refund cheque of policy 003378790

Sir/madam

I am RAJ KUMAR, i have cancelled my policy no 003378790 before two month. But my refund cheque has been misplaced by JASOLA BRANCH (Delhi) of BIRLA SUN LIFE INSURANCE. I have given request for reissue my refund amount cheque. But now they were telling me that my cheque has been cashed, but still i did not get cheque. How can this possible. Jasola branch is not giving any response. Sir please help me, i need money very much. Please do needful as soon as possible.

they are cheating me. please sir refund my amount asap.
