Not receiving receipts/fund deatils

Sir i have two insurance plan from birlasun life, platinum plus-iv, childrens dream plan, policy no-003644033/

client id-7573700783/dt of policy-17/12/09 and childrens dream plan, but to my surprise no regular receipts were recd from company and details of my investments/status from which i faced severe problem in filling th ITR. this is not acceptable from such a repited insurance comp like bsl, what irda regulating on these affairs.
