Hello Sir/Mam,

I have taken an insurance policy through Citi bank credit card, it was issed on 31st october. but I didn't received documents yet. I have contacted agent Ashwini (919999888539), Rajeev (09990285400), Puneet (09654425426) Relationship manager at Birla Sun Life & Customer care many times but didn't get my documents. Please cancel my policy & refund the amount with interest. I am very dsappointed with Birla Sunlife services.
