Not submission of TDS deducted from my income to the central Govt

Hi!
Myself is a Advisor in Birla Sun Life Insurance Co Ltd, Howrah Branch. Kolkata. I was a MDRT in the year 2008.But because of some of my personal reasons I was unable to work during 2009. Now some days back I suddenly came to know that the TDS deducted from my income was not submitted to the central govt as after claiming my TDS I received a letter from the tax department that the total amount I was claiming was not diposited by the company. I contacted with Mr Balakrishnan, Branch Admonistrator but he beheaved very rudely and stated that this is not his job and he can't give any details where to write letter. This company is not at all a organised company. Please help in this regard...
