Premium deposit receipt

D/Sir/Ma'am,

I had paid a premium of Rs. 32378 through on-line payment facility 24-10 against my policy "000506587". But I didn't received the premium receipt.

Then I wrote a mail on 24-11 to customer service of BSLI requesting them to send me the receipt.

BSLI forwarded a soft copy of the receipt but I need a paper copy of the receipt on the BSLI letter head, so I wrote again a mail on 25-11 for the paper copy of the premium deposit receipt, but so far there is no answer from the copmany.
