Birla sunlife insurance company limited
Amount is been deducted from Provident Fund

As per the PF statement I am suppose to receive Rs.40241/- towards PF amount, whereas the cheque sent by Birla Sunlife is Rs.36096/-. I called up the employee customer care but they are saying that it is been deducted towards the taxes, but in the statement there is no deduction towards tax, I would like to know why there is difference of Rs.4145/- in the amount paid to me.
