Not providing me policy document

i had buy a policy from birla sunlife insurance company ltd bilaspur and for that i issued them a cheak. i found a information that they issued me a policy no. 4798227 at 31/03 . but they did not issue me policy document till now, complaint to the office, but they did not taking any action on that.

please take a serious action on that.
