Fraud in giving policy

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that your people has done froud in terms of giving me policy, and till date I've not received any solution regarding my policy No.004755770 & Policy No.004754108

I've taken policy by your telephonic agent M/S SNOWTEX INVESTMENT LIMITED, Delhi, Advisor Code 001639, the policy detail as he had told me when I've received document it was totally different. I'd gone to your Branch office at Ahmedabad but sales people Mr. Paresh has asked me to talk Mr. B.N.Chaturvedi (Delhi), I had requested him to cancel the policy on 22nd March'2011 (Within free lookup period) but no one has taken it back only assurance has given till free look. After that snowtex people are giving me threat, and telling me that whatever you want to do just do nothing will happen we have received our commition.

Snow tex people has also cheated some other people (Mobile No.08237811416)

Please do appropriate action in case on urgent basis.
