Non Delivery of Documents

Docket No.113944965 dtd. 26/12 booked from Noida phase 2 to Ballabgarh which has still not been received till 29/12, 11.55am.

In connection to the above kindly note that i hve checked the status thru your online consignment tracking system and found that docket has been RTO by mahipalpur branch on 28/12 in morning to asaf ali road and your mahipalpur branch people told me that check your docket status with asaf ali road branch.

When i called asaf ali branch so they advised me to call at 5.30pm 28/12 as the sorting of docts are going on so i again called at 5.30 and got the reply called in morning 29/12 and today i called in morning and get the reply to call arround 3`0 clock.

Further, it is very sad to say that why u people misroute the docket and even customer is trying to chase but not getting responsible reply from your end.

And this is happening 2nd time as the same case has already been done before when i booked my docket from ballabgarh to noida (docket No.312891593 dtd.19/09 by your agent H&O courier and cargo service) and you people spent more than 45 days to locate the docket and return.

Sir, can we trust on your service or it will be happend again and again in future.
