Dear Sir / Madam,

I Miss. Shweta K Bhanushali a new client of BMA WEALTH CREATOR id--82200329 in (Ghatkopar Branch) want to inform you that in my last trade i (bought Silver @ 72600). My position in the market was squared off without being informed.

When market was at 66880 I had the conversation with MR. Paresh and he told us that we can hold the position till my SL triggers which i kept @ 66800.Also he said that we can carry forward the transaction for 1 lot but i was not informed or asked for any additional margin money.

My position was squared off without my permission @ 68330 when market was about to recover and silver went high till 70800.On this if i would have exited then my loss would be bearable. Since i was sure of market being recovered i was waiting to exit with less loss or also could have waited till my buying price arrives. I have all the telephonic conversations records in which they have accepted that it was their mistake. Responsible person is Mr.prayas, mr.imran and paresh. I m being mentally harrassed by them. Their main calcutta branch have accepted that they didnt squared off my position but ghatkopar branch is responsible for it. I have lost more than 4 lacs and noone is ready to help me.
