Boss ePhone Model 3300
No call log for SIM2

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I have purchased BOSS ePhone Model 300 bearing IMEI No. 359554030698339 & 359554030748332 in the last week of May. The following irregularities observed:

a) Call Register of 2nd SIM (SIM2) not found. The monitor shows number of misscalls (say 1 or 5 misscalls) but details of mobile/telephone numbers & time/date are not found.

b) Touch screen is not working always.

Hence you are requested to note this irregularities & advise accordingly for the remedial measures.
