NON-SHOPING BILL ISSUED FOR PAYMENT, BUT I NEVER SWIPE IT FOR ANY PORPUSE

Dear sir,

I had a State Bank of India credit card bearing with the number 5264 6853 1548 1943 . Yester i got a bill for payment of Rs 1246/- may be to pay towards the chopping. but i had never swiped it nay where else .. how it happend i could not able to understand. Immediately i want to cancel my card and if the things are not in my favour i am planning it to put before the consumer court with the help of the media challel TV-9. I want the clarification immediately. do the needful
