REGARDING THE BILL

MYSELF PRIYA KAUL and i had taken bsnl postpaid 3g sim card three months before.. and while taking the sim card they said me that it has been activated wit 1500rs/- plan. first month the bill came around 1800 rs/- we thought we had used much so that much bill has come. bt in next month bill came around 1, 28, 876 rs/- can u imagine near about 1.5 lakhs bill of 3g data card of bsnl.. today, i request to the people and government that how much this bill come?? cant the bsnl stopped my services if i had crossed 1500 /- rs usage. today they are telling me to pay it before 30th of july including the current month bill which is 1.8lakhs

can any one help me out from them..or shall i comment a suicide as there is no one to pay this much amount for me..

help me god.. and teach this fraud bsnl providers a lesson as nw day and night i am just thinking abt that only.. so please help me
