Illegaly charged annual fee

On 8/8 the company have charged rs.750 as annual feewhich have been debited in my statement. When I HAVE OPENED MY A/C IN SBICARD representatives assured me that railway employees are entitled to get free card for whole life i.e. no annual willbe charged for whole life. But each & every year I am watching that annual fee charged & after that when i appealed for waive of this fee the company again credited it from my account. This year again I appeal for the same. Please see the matter & do the needful.
