Want Duplicate copy of NSC certificate

Dear Sir,

I have applied for the NSC for 30000 rupees, I got the receipt from the agent. But Im not received the certificate yet, agent is saying that he has given the certificate to me but I haven't received it. Anyway money is deducted from my bank account. Im worrying about my money. So please clarify whether I will get the money back or not. Also guide me how to proceed to get duplicate copy of NSC.
