I have got sbi credit card life time free offer even though bank chargeed annual fee of Rs.841/-. is this

not cheating.

In the month of June I got Monthly statement having due date 8th July. I drawn cheuqe for

MAD of Rs.676/- on 6th July cheque No.43950. I have paid the MAD ammount before due date in the cheque collection box at nearest SBI branch. But in the month of July statement it shwos me late charges of 393.26/- . it was informed me by the executive from the Head Office that, there is some problems in the collection box and your cheque might be collected late for that month.

I did anenquiry with SBI branch they told me that

there is no any problem with the collection box we

kept box only for the credit card cheque cllection.

why you are paying and extra amount of cheque

picpu charges. so ple. clear this as early as possible.

As your executive promised me he will reverse the

all charges (Late charges, cheq.pickup charges) ple.
