Discontinuation of cug connection due to unsatisfactory service level

This is with futre reference to time & again discussion upon the aforementioned subject I am sorry to say despite of so many reminder our request has not been looked into.

We would like to discontinue due to poor services provided by Vodafone staff I would to mention here that our call are not been attened by the concerned person at Vodafoon which has reselted in a great loss to our business.

Further I also disagree to pay the extra amt recd in the bills due to negligency of yours staffs has extra service had been activated in the above mention.
