My no 9444567576 i have paid rs 55 topup on 24 june at 8 pm the confirmation no was 18254180.

It is stated that the hot payment was successful but the amount was not credited inthe phone balance.

In the bankaccount the amount rs 55 has been debited. in the bsnl customer care they have stated that to ask the bank. To whom should i contact? will you pl help me
