Smoking and playing cards

On 1.11.11 I have been travelled from villupuram to Puducherry by vlm -pdy passenger.

I had noticed next to the ladies compartment, May be seat nos start 61... there were village rowdis was smoking and playing cards with money and unnessary shouting which was collapsed my trip. Since I had travelled with my wife and children i was not able to question them. Eventhough one of the foreigner shouted them but they teased him and let him go to other compartment. I thing it is ashamed to our indian railways.

Due to the rain i was not able to find and railway person to complain regarding this.

Now I request you to take regular check up to avoid this kind of complaints.
