Unnessary deducation of Rs 50

Hello,

My Name is S.S.Shukla working in Indian Air Force Maharajpura.

My no. is 9407567368.My complains is on unnecessary deduction on Rs 50 in

the month on 10 Feb. when i spoke to customer care they said that you have been for reducing call rate. Still today i have suffered loss of total Rs.50 for no services on sending SMS to 1909which is toll free. Then why the amount has been deducted from customer account.. further this continues we will compile to take this issue seriously to the consumer court. The following are my docket no: -

(1) 4750465 on 11 Feb at 1:27 PM.

(2) 4765251 on 16 Feb at 3:46:18 PM

(3) 4843982 on 11March at 2:46:25 PM

(4) 4867945 on 20 March at 11:28:59 AM.

Nothing happened on the above mentioned complain numbers.
