State Bank of India
Credit card card applications

I have applied for a State Bank Of India Credit card 1 month back. I was promised that the card will be delivered in 15 days time. So far I have not received the card and on the toll free number nobody is answering my call. Even the agency thru which I have applied is not helping me with this as they have joined some other Bank.
