Fraudulent business practices!

I am taking home loan from icici-rajkot (gujrat) and i m fully dissatisfied with icici because they doesn't give right information at first &because of that i had suffer a lot like icici giving interest rate varying between 11.5 to 14 % for different condition, if i am known from beginning i could make 12 % for me. At 15th may i got sanctioned latter with 12% and during first payment release they are issue second latter with 12.5% saying that now for my condition i have to pay at 12.5% so just to catch up customer icici doing cheating, and at the end time when i need money i cant go other bank which offering me for same condition at lower rate.
