Tampering with document

I deposited Rs.200000/- in Feb'2007 in my SB A/C NO 30093913611 putting my sign on the pay in slip as depositor. One Mr. Pramod Kumar Rajak reported to be staff of State Bank of India & posted at any other branch, with the connivance of Doctors colony Kankarbagh, Patna branch staff has put his sign on the pay in slip afterwards, pretending to be depositor, thus tampering with the voucher. Further Mr Rajak taking benefit of being staff xeroxed that voucher and handed over to police whereas no autority has demanded that voucher thus leaking out bank secracy and putting me on risk. Mr Rajak and branch officials also made another change in the said voucher by putting sign of one Mr Ashwin. Tampering with the voucher and trying to embezle the money constitute a serious matter.i request ur honour for justice
