Telephone bill

My wife Smt. Piali Sen Gupta is using a landline telephone bearing the No.03324352579.Since May, she is not receiving the telephone bills for which it is a regular duty and as well as a punishment on our part to collect the duplicate bills from Jadavpur office. For several times I complained at Ranikuthi office but no fruitful result was noticed.
