Complaint regarding nokia c6-01

L have purchased above mentioned model handset from univercell malappuram on 31/04. Due to heavy heat of the handset i have given same for service on 17/04 and same is recieved back on 07/05 but the complaint was not been resolved and some other issues like disorder working of touch pad, heat etc are found in the system. I am not getting satisfactory service from your side. We have already intimated regardig this in customer care also. I want an immediate solution on this. Otherways i will be forced to take further steps (legal etc). Expecting an immediate solution.
