Non renewal of car insurance policy

My car insurance policy no.109000185852 with you in respect of my Maruti Zen VX/ 1999 model (registered no. WB02J 9984) car vehicle is due to expire on 08-05. I have not received any communication regarding renewal of the said policy till date. Pl advise me the renewal premium amount urgently and make necessary arrangement for collection of the premium cheque from my residence urgently.
