Wrong statment

I have fore closed my personal Loan taken on My Credit card No.9401270057393006 for the Amount Rs.98901/- by ICICI Cheque No.130073 Dt. 20/02, for the total outstanding as on that date. It was also informed to your customer care on the same day. Though I have paid the total outstanding balance but still I am recieving the statement as still i have due on that A/c. I am very surprised that why your Bank has not updted their records, Pls check your records as i have given my payment details mentioned above and update it immediately and ensure that i should not get any due statement in future.
