PaYment not refund

I have make an order through futurebajar.com, the paymeny option is throug ccavenue.

the payment (123rs) had been debited through my acount but order is not confirmed due to not receiving of payment by ccavenue.

i make complaint to ccavenue but payment is not refund...

i have attached the cyber receipt for this transaction ant order id of website.
