Sir,

i am a retired Air Force personnel and pension holder of central bank of india, Serampore branch, West Bengal vide PPO no. 08/14/B/07992 through the account no.1120739117.From 01 july the basic pension for the Diploma holders was increased to Rs.7206/-, but unfortunately my bank is paying me much lesser at Rs. 6800/-p.m.(fixed for Non Diploma stream). After so many request also they did not adjust my pension. I contacted PCDA Allahabad and they made my pension corrected and sent the letter to the bank in the month of August last year. Since then nine months passed and I made hundreds of telephone calls and peronal visit to the bank but of no use. The bank managers are not able to calculate my pension arrears and continue paying the less pension and I lost thousands of rupees in last three years. I request you to look into the matter and pay me the arrears with due interest per month. Thanks.
