Debitation of the amount without delivering the cash by pnb atm, rampur, jabalpu

On 25th May debit card bearing no. 5048840217010002341issued by your bank, was used to withdraw Rs 10, 000 from PNB ATM, Rampur chowk, Jabalpur. The ATM got hanged without delivering cash and displayed 'service of the ATM is temporarily suspended. Thereafter on operating another PNB ATM at Kingsway, it revealed that Rs 10, 000 has been debited by PNB ATM, Rampur chowk, without having delivered the cash.

In view of the above you are requested to carryout necessary verification of the matter and credit Rs 10, 000 to my account.
