Not issuing cheque book

I have an saving a/c in canara bank witha/c no 2734101001815with name yash k deliwala in rajkot i have applied for a cheque book in canra bank an they are denaing me to issue cheque book the reason they are saying is chq bouns toward it but it was a signature diff and i want to issque a check book now have to give chq from my a/c i have also mailed to canara bank head office they are also not giving any response plz help me my no is 9016151784
