Cholamandalam MS GIC
Not getting the claim amount

We bought a Mahindra Xylo in June and it was insured with Cholamandalam MS GIC. The car met with an accident on 9th January. The accident was a major which resulted to heavy casualties and the vehicle was damaged severely. The claim was lodged on April 13 and till date we have not heard from them. When we contact them they say just only one thing that we are looking for the best salvage value.
